Nathalie’s yoga classes are second to none. I have previously taken classes with various instructors both 1 on 1 and in classes but Nathalie’s attention to your individual needs and strengths means aches and pains I suffered with for years have all but disappeared. Her skill of weaving the more traditional yoga with qigong means her sessions are both active but calming. I come away with a clear mind but know my body has been through a decent workout too. I particularly like how her classes move with the seasons, focusing on how your body reacts to movements at different parts of the year. I would recommend a session with Natalie to anyone, and my only concern is she will no longer be able to fit me in her busy schedule!
I started yoga with Nathalie in 2020 and her classes were just what I needed. Three years later and I’m still reaping the physical and mental benefits of practising with her. She is incredibly knowledgeable about poses and her voice is calming and reassuring. Her sessions are relaxing, yet invigorating. Each session always feels very thoughtful and I love the way that she weaves yoga philosophy into each class. I really appreciate Nathalie’s enthusiasm for teaching and preparedness she brings to the Mat. Afterwards, I feel like my body has been stretched in a good way and my mind feels more peaceful. I thoroughly recommend her.
Nathalie’s classes are soulful and geared to improving both your body and mind. Her unique combination of yoga and qigong takes you to a calm and meditative state, and I find that she keeps me ‘fit by stealth’. Quite often I don’t realise how strong I’m becoming over the weeks because the practice is so calming.
